Huber Heights housing boom continues; plans OK’d for 168 apartments, 117 homes
As the city aims to meet what some officials are calling a heavy demand for new housing, the Huber Heights Planning Commission has preliminarily approved a proposal for yet another new apartment complex, part of a larger development boom that will see more than 1,000 new residential units constructed throughout the city.
