Welcome back, New Orleans food fans! This week, we are excited to report the return of Hubig's chocolate pies, while learning that something new may be on the horizon. Ian McNulty pays a visit to Wild Bush Farm & Vineyard on the North Shore. The Holy Ground pub in Mid-City is now host to a kitchen for late-night dim sum. Brown Butter is closing its North Carrollton Avenue location, and two New Orleans bars make a list of North America's 50 best. Finally, Chef Kevin Belton goes fishing and brings us his delicious family recipes for trout amandine and catfish with crawfish sauce.

1. The pie is nigh.

The return of Hubig's pies last fall elicited the kind of excitement sports fans reserve for the NFL draft. This week saw chocolate pies back on the grocery shelf. See what could be next.

2. Excitement, uncorked?

Wild Bush Farm & Vineyards (formerly Pontchartrain Vineyards) is making a new start near Covington in St. Tammany Parish, with wines transported from West Coast wine country and finished here. But as Ian McNulty reports, it's just the first gulp of what's to come.

3. Wait! There's more.

Former pop-up Get Your Mom & Dim Sum now runs the kitchen at Holy Ground pub, serving an expanded menu daily until midnight. Mid-City's Brown Butter is looking for a new home, and North America's 50 Best Bars list recognizes two spots in the Crescent City.

4. Fresh off the boat.

Chef Kevin Belton comes from a family of fishermen, and for him, a day on the water is as relaxing as a five-star spa. Try his recipes for classic speckled trout amandine and catfish with crawfish sauce.
