In today's news, Banksy unveils a poignant Valentine's Day mural in the UK, but then local authorities intervene and mess it all up. Also, the Rhode Island School of Art and Design (RISD) withdraws from US News & World Report's annual college ranking, a list that's been under intense scrutiny lately.
