You may or may not know, but about a week ago we had a pretty incredible promotion on Ziglar products. While this is something that our company cannot afford, once a year for a very limited time, we will offer a 95% discount on a limited collection.
Is it profitable? - No!
Am I proud we can do it? Yes! … and when we do, we make sure we tell our people about it.
With this in mind, I would like to tell you a story.
On the last day of the promotion, on top of the email we typically send to let our subscribers know the offer is closing, we also decided to send a text message. Our team wanted to make sure that everybody knew about this and had a fair advantage. I also happen to like to hear passion and feedback from our customer service team as, after all, our customers’ happiness with us is incredibly important to me. But I have to tell you…what I saw on Wednesday was a first. Even for me.
When I saw, I was shocked.
Then, I was a little bit hurt.
And then, I decided to do something about it.
