Wow, Friend. Just…wow.

On Tuesday, I announced that the Forward had removed the paywall and made all our journalism free — to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

In response, we received an incredible outpouring of support. Just take a look at a few of the messages that hit our inbox in the last 48 hours:

Tonight, as we light the first candle in the menorah, we are reminded once again of the power of light to help us navigate the dark. These are dark times for Israelis, Jews and the world. Your outpouring of support shows us that the American Jewish community relies on the Forward to shed light in these difficult times and brings clarity to the chaos.
