These are surprisingly easy!
- Bake a batch of brownies.
- Stick a popsicle stick in each of them.
- Freeze them. (That's the secret!)
- Melt a tub of frosting and dip them.
The reason you freeze them is to harden them so they are tough enough that they won't fall off the sticks when you dip them.
We propped ours in a cooling rack with a sheet pan underneath to catch the drips--which can be reused.
