On what feels like day 100 of January 2025, I have something to confess: My thoughts have been consumed by the boom of sweatpant jeans, so much so that I had to take a deep dive into this idea of "disguised comfort.” But honestly, their popularity can be chalked up to something very simple: People want comfort while still looking put together. Sweatpants jeans offer just that.

This Rag & Bone pair you've seen all over social media is the OG style that celebrities have waxed poetic about, but Gap's more affordable versions have been so popular, they've been selling out left and right. And, given all this buzz, I decided it's time to give them a try. So, I'm going to trick my husband and see if he can tell the difference between real jeans and sweatpant jeans.

I'm dying to try these Rag & Bone pants; they're the most expensive, but also look the most luxe, and I've heard so many people rave about them.
