I’m itching for spring, and I’m pretty sure you probably are, too. I’ve reached the point in the year where I simply cannot deal with the cold anymore, so I decided I’m going to try to bring in spring sooner by trying on some of Nordstrom's new, spring-perfect arrivals.
So, I headed out in the cold to visit the NYC flagship store and had fun trying on some spring staples; from sweaters to jackets to jeans, I put it all on. I fell in love with a lot of things, but after trying on close to 30 styles, I landed on 13 I loved. First up? This pretty pastel yellow pleated skirt that’s so luxe. The fabric was heavier than most of the pleated skirts I owned, but that’s exactly what made it so elevated.
I also fell in love with this asymmetrical sweater from Mango; the zipper detailing along the shoulder gave a simple closet piece a fresh, fun update. And because spring fashion wouldn’t be complete without a transitional jacket, this Free People denim jacket was key since the loose fit is ideal for layering. Of course, with almost all these pieces, I styled the must-have shoe of spring 2025: simple black slingback heels. I can’t wait to wear my new pieces—spring, are you here yet? |
