i don't know how i did it. Picture this: you're in the kitchen, thinking, "What can I make with just two ingredients?"
That was me back in 2020.
Why?
Many reasons (that didn't include quarantine downtime): - I'm a huge proponent of easy-to-make recipes. Like 2-ingredient easy.
- I wanted to create inexpensive recipe options that would be financially attainable to every one of my readers.
- I'm also a huge supporter of quick-to-make recipes with ingredients that are already in most pantries.
It wasn't a smooth ride and it took weeks to meet my taste-test standards, but it paid off most deliciously, imho.
Here are my personal favorites: Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles - peanut butter cookie dough + milk chocolate chips.
Apple Pie Monkey Bread Muffins - refrigerated cinnamon rolls + apple pie filling.
Oreo Cookies and Cream Bark - Oreo cookies + white chocolate.
Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars - chocolate chip cookie dough + peanut butter cups.
Peanut Butter Fudge - peanut butter + vanilla frosting.
