- The Editors at Men's Health Reebok’s Nano has long been revered by CrossFit fanatics and casual sweat-seekers alike for its balance between function and fashion. Its tenth iteration—dubbed the Nano X—launched to strong reviews earlier this year and also received a special edition collaboration with four-time CrossFit Games champion and “Fittest Man in History" Rich Froning. Now, the Nano X is getting the WIT (Whatever It Takes) Fitness treatment, teaming up with the global training brand and retailer for an attractive spin on the Nano that preserves all the best features from the OG shoe and adds a few fun details that make it even better. I spent a week putting the Nano X to the test through its paces with a range of at-home workouts, including strength classes on the Peloton Digital app as well as a few circuits from Men’s Health fitness legend, Eb Samuel (if Eb sees this mention, he’ll probably use it as an excuse to drag me on my lack of proper form). While I’m far from a CrossFit athlete, I found that these cross-training shoes encouraged me to switch up my training routine, getting off the stationary bike and away from my yoga mat to jump, lift, and push myself outside of my fitness comfort zone.
