The Australian Government has invested $3.5M to NSW researchers and $2.3M to University of Melbourne to predict the demand of cancer treatments over five years and the impact of current and new cancer treatments respectively. In addition, almost $35M is to be invested in Indigenous health projects and $23M to fund specialist prostate cancer nurses.
