The International Day of University Sport is a few weeks away and we are excited to celebrate this special day with the FISU Move Challenge 2022! This short newsletter aims to provide you with useful documents and insightful information to help you best prepare for your 2022 events.

The FISU Move Challenge 2022

FISU with its new partner Technogym are inviting all CUSFs, NUSFs, Universities as well as individuals to celebrate IDUS by participating in the FISU Challenge 2022. There are prizes to win for individuals but also for NUSFs!

DATES: September 20th – October 31st

How to participate:

Scan the QR code and download the Technogym App
Create an account and join the FISU facility
One week before the start, update the app and join the “FISU Challenge 2022” (no subscription fee needed for the challenge period)
Collect as many moves as you can!
Check your position on the challenge leaderboard!

How to collect the moves:

When you log in and workout on any connected Technogym equipment
When you do workouts with the Technogym App
When you train outdoors with in-app GPS or with 3rd parties GPS apps & wearables like – Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, Polar, Mapmyfitness, Runkeeper, and Swimtag. Just connect Technogym App.
When you connect the Technogym App to Apple Health, Google Fit or Samsung Health to import your lifestyle activities and data

What can individuals win?

First Place: 1 Home Gym Bench
The next 4 winners: a wellness ball Active Sitting each

5 participants drawn among non-winners: 1 Wellness ball Active Sitting each

All participants will receive 2 months of Platinum membership subscription and after that 40% discount.

What can NUSFs win?
