IETM LYON 2021 ONLINE PROGRAMME
We are only one week away from the kick-off of our 40th Anniversary IETM Plenary Meeting happening in Lyon and online. The on-site meeting has reached full capacity but we are happy to invite you to attend our exciting online programme.
Registration for the online programme is free of charge. You can either register for the full 2-day online programme on the IETM website, or for one of the days on Zoom if you are only interested in specific online sessions.

On 21 and 22 October, the IETM Lyon 2021 online programme was designed so as to allow participants from all time zones to join. On the agenda:
A livestream of our Opening Keynote on Trans-Mission(s)
Online conversations with experts on:
a) The Digitalisation of the Performing Arts
b) The Concept of Translocality in the Arts
Informal online networking activities with the East and West of the globe
In case you are only interested in attending specific sessions, you need to register for the full day when the session is held on the Zoom Event platform in order to join the session of your choice:
Live vs Digital in the Arts
21 October at 19:00-20:00 CEST
On 21 October at 19:00-20:00 CEST, we will be holding an online Live vs Digital: The old new debate conversation with experts, where we will reflect upon some of the opportunities and contradictions that came to light in regard to the digitalisation of the performing arts in the light of the pandemic. And before, we will also be livestreaming our Opening Keynote on Trans-Mission(s) and offering an online networking activity with the West of the globe.
On 22 October at 09:00-10:00 CEST, after an online networking activity with the East of the globe, Dutch philosopher, writer and poet Maarten Doorman will introduce and explore the concept of Translocality in the Arts, one of the emerging concepts centered around new ways to work internationally. His intervention will be followed by reactions from art professionals from Australia, Poland and Lebanon, and then the floor will be open for a discussion with the audience.
