People went crazy over stuffed French toast Saturday. We stuffed two slices of bread with fillings--cream cheese, apple, and more. Then we dredged these sandwiches in an egg wash like regular French toast and slapped them on the griddle.
You can combine two fillings like Blueberry and Lemon or Strawberry and Bavarian Creme in the same sandwich. Even peanut butter and jam works. It's a nice chance to be creative.
