I was on the phone with my sister Julie today and she told me about a diamond ring she found. Not too long ago she purchased a gently used 5th Wheel RV from its original owner. She was doing some Spring cleaning last week and moved the bed away from the wall and found a diamond ring and a baby book with a few sonogram pictures in it. She tracked down the owner and made arrangements to return the ring and the baby book. When she dropped the ring off, the owner was so grateful. He asked if she had a minute to talk and then asked, “are you still a realtor?” “Yes of course. Ziglar Realty.” Julie replied. He then listed his house with her! And then he asked her if she had a few more minutes and of course she said yes. He invited his neighbor across the street to come over, and he listed his house with her! Funny how doing the right thing builds trust, and trust is the currency on which business really runs.
