Happy Monday.

I mean it.

Despite what's going in the world...

...There is reason to be hopeful about our future.

Like the painful workout today that brings personal bests in 6 months...

Like the spring cleaning of your garage that brings space and tidiness...

The dark days, the tough conversations, the release of tensions, the emotional (yet peaceful) confrontations going on amongst us are the best medicine for our society.

Things will get better.

Of course, they might get worse first.

And they might already be pushing you to the verge of exhaustion and giving in...

Trust me, I understand how you feel.

You're stressed... overwhelmed... pumped full of adrenaline from another shouting match... fired up because of the "TV talking head"...

And your anxiety levels are through the roof.

You might even be past the point of no return ... ready to check into the ER like I did ... TWICE ...

From anxiety attacks (which I thought were heart attacks) fifteen years ago.

If you ARE feeling that way - if you're worried that you might be having a heart attack - then please talk to your doctor immediately.

But if you 'just' stressed, worried, fearful...

... understand that I've been there too ...

...  and more importantly that I've built a toolbox of free tools that can fix you.

Better yet, those tools - research proven and time-tested - are available in my free book, Unstoppable: How to Get Through Hell, Overcome Anxiety, and Dominate in Business and Life

Please get it here for free

And I mean free - free.

There is no optin or info required.

You can download the e-book or audio book immediately from this page.

I'm not asking for your email address or any information.

It is entirely my gift to you, because...

I know that back in 2006 when I was sitting in the ER that I would have traded anything just to feel "normal" again...

To be able to breathe again...

To lower my adrenaline, decrease my heart rate, eliminate the tingling that ran from the top of my head to the end of my fingers, and to be able to fall asleep without tossing and turning for nearly two hours.

That was my curse in the past...

One that I was able to overcome...

So I could give you a gift to deal with the present.

The tools will set you up for an anxiety-free life.

And please share this book with anyone that needs it.

Keep it on hand for any stressful situation - today or twenty years into the future.

It was my path to freedom...

... and it will be the manual for yours too.

And when you regain control of your emotions...

You'll make better decisions...

You'll have clearer conversations...

You'll develop a better understanding...

And while it might not seem like much...

It will be.

Any step forward, for our society, no matter small, is a victory.

As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said:

“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”

My book will help.

Sincerely,

Craig Ballantyne

PS - I have another special message for you tomorrow...

... last week I sat down and interviewed Caleb Banks, our Social Media Manager here at ETR, and asked him to help me understand what it's like to be young and black in America.

Both Caleb and I were incredibly nervous before the podcast because we knew how important it was to properly articulate his message.

And while our short conversation opened my eyes and left me feeling like a bit of a naive fool, I am extremely impressed with how Caleb shared his insights and left us with practical suggestions on how to move forward and improve our cities, countries, and communities.

Watch for an email tomorrow about how you can listen in
