Both brownie mixes make seriously fudgy gourmet brownies. Add oil and eggs to Uncle Bob's and bake it in a 9x9-inch pan. The seriously fudgy mix is a just-add-water mix so you skip the eggs and oil. It's made in a 9x13-inch pan.
Take your brownies and cut them into shapes. The round ones are cut with a biscuit cutter. Then stick them on a stick and freeze them.
You can use melted chocolate or frosting to coat them. We use a tub of premade frosting, heated to dipping consistency in the microwave.
We put a cooling rack on a baking sheet and then propped the brownie sticks in the grid of the rack to let the frosting set. Save any drips to be used again.
Blondies work too. The cut-open brownie pop is made with a raspberry white chocolate blondie mix.
