Good evening,

Good evening,

Small-cap drilling services stock Imdex will be out with news of its Norwegian M&A on Thursday morning, after securing support for a $220 million underwritten funding package.

Index’s three brokers – Goldman Sachs, Euroz Hartleys and JPMorgan – were underwriting the raising on Wednesday night, after taking bids from a bunch of institutional investors.

The M&A, worth about $330 million, would bolster Imdex’s direct-to-mining customer sales, and increase its geographic footprint. Street Talk revealed Imdex’s interest in Norway-based Devico on Tuesday night.

Elsewhere, we check with City Chic Collective in light of Brett Blundy’s buying, and have spotted an ominous-looking name creeping up the share register of Perth Basin play Strike Energy.

Happy reading,
