Dear Member,

With the weather forecast looking great, we are excited to have you join us on the course. While this is an extremely stressful time, the golf course remains a great place to rest and relax. The following are some adjustments we are making with our operations to limit the touchpoints for both our members and our staff.

Upon arriving at the Club, please use the East side of the parking lot and come down the stairs on the East side. Our mobile Golf Shop will be set up by the cart circle.
All doors to the clubhouse will be locked other than the Terrace Room door by the patio. If you need anything from the Golf Shop, the professional staff will get it for you.
Carts will be washed and sanitized following rounds and before going back out. We do encourage you to bring your own wipes and sanitizer as well.
We continue to encourage players to take their own carts to help with social distancing.
The bag room will be open but unattended. If you store your clubs, please take them with you following your round.
A Terrace Room attendant will be outside of the South door by the Terrace Room. If you need a canned drink or packaged snack, they will get for you. We are trying to limit as much traffic inside the clubhouse as possible.
Bathrooms in the clu bhouse will remain open for now. We will be limiting the number of people in the clubhouse at one time.
Cups on the greens will not be changed as often. We will be inserting a foam piece in the cup so your ball does not fall to the bottom of the cup. Also, please putt with the flagstick in.
We are pulling all the rakes on the course. If you are in the bunker, simply pick your ball up, smooth area out with your foot, and then replace your ball.
We are pulling all divot mix containers on par 3’s and divot bottles on carts. We do ask that you please replace divots and limit your practice swings on bentgrass. Our staff will be filling divots on par 3’s.
Ball washers have been put out but they are empty - please do not use.
Water jugs and drinking fountains are not in service.
Bathrooms are available and will be cleaned daily by staff.
Flagsticks on the practice green have been pulled.
