NAB will be implementing a new phone system this Tuesday, August 30, 2022. While all queue extensions will remain the same, when direct dialing an extension, you will need to add a 1 in front of the current extension.
For example, for extension 1801, beginning this Tuesday, you'll need to press 11801 when direct dialing.
