It highlights the moral, legal and financial reasons for good health and safety leadership and helps delegates decide which key areas to focus on in order to make a difference and become better advocates and influencers in relation to health and safety.

Creating a Safety Culture of Excellence

This course, delivered by HSE and industry experts, provides delegates with an understanding of the many factors that influence both workers' and managers' attitudes to safety and how these may be enhanced to positively improve health and safety performance.
