During the keynote presentation, the two executives spoke about how the entertainment industry faces a formidable two-fold challenge: to provide customers with superior engagement and to maximize the use of the enormous growth in the demand for video and personalized experiences. The clear imperative, they said, is to move data to the center of the enterprise and to exploit it to gain rich insights into both customers and content.
