We commemorate Saint Veronica in the sixth Station of the Cross where Veronica Wipes the Face of Jesus. Pius tradition holds that to this day, the veil bears the likeness of the Holy Face of Jesus not made by human hands. This beautiful print depicts St. Veronica holding the veil with Jesus' image on it as she gazes up in wonder at the miraculous gift Our Lord left her as a reward for her courageous compassion! PASSION OF CHRIST CRUCIFIX
This distinctive crucifix features 4 scenes from Christ's Passion: carrying the cross with Simon of Cyrene; Veronica wiping Jesus' holy face with the veil; Jesus meeting Our Lady; and Jesus being placed in the tomb. The scenes and the crucifix in the center are all made of pewter and mounted on a walnut cross. Measures 10".

VERONICA'S VEIL PLAQUE
This is a large ceramic mold of Veronica's Veil. The cloth piously believed to have been used to wipe the face of Christ on the way to Calvary and is one of the major relics preserved at St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. This large, hand-painted piece measures approximately 16"H x 11"W.
