HOLY FACE / SHROUD OF TURIN STERLING SILVER MEDAL
This solid sterling medal features an image of Jesus as taken from the Shroud of Turin around the Holy Face is written in Latin: ILLUMINA DOMINE VULTUM TUUM SUPER NOS (May the Lord shine His countenance upon us). On the reverse side is a faint image of the actual Shroud with the words: SANCTA SINDON qua Corpus Domini Nostri Jesu Christi involutum fuit (which means: the Holy Shroud in which the body of Our Lord Jesus Christ was wrapped).
