Tragic loss: The 13-year-old boy who drowned in Grand Isle on Saturday has been identified as Mario Mariel Oviedo Jr., who had come with his family from Algiers to vacation there over Memorial Day weekend. Michelle Hunter talked with his parents about their loss, which occurred along a stretch of beach that has proven to be quite dangerous in recent years.
