INTERVIEW: Chef Anthony Bourdain
Sad news this morning out of France of the passing of Anthony Bourdain. In memory, I wanted to share an interview that RR had with Bourdain 21 years ago, soon after his book "Kitchen Confidential" had come out. The interview by my long-time friend and colleague Bob Bickell (also now passed) is absolutely terrific as Bob probes Bourdain about the industry. There are telling signs in the piece of Bourdain's future plans. Also of the struggles and challenges of the industry. It's too often said about content, but this is a must read today...
