This weekend, Goodtaste visits one of Tanji’s favorite finds: a converted hot-pink shipping container serving up BBQ-curry mash-ups in San Antonio! The tasty combo of smoke and spice leads to dishes like “The Brisket Smokeshow.” Then we head to the Woodlands for an amazing bourbon bar with wood-fired steaks, fresh snapper, and pork belly glazed with maple syrup and bourbon.
