Minnesota's unemployment rate is low -- just below three percent. But people of color are unemployed at significantly higher rates. Steve Grove is keenly aware of these disparities. He's the new commissioner of Minnesota's Department of Employment and Economic Development. I spoke with him about what he brings to the job and what he plans to do in the position. Minnesota regulations on chronic wasting disease under scrutiny
