HEALTH TIP

Want lower cholesterol? Eat flaxseed
Flaxseed can help lower your cholesterol, which may reduce your risk of heart disease. To get the most health benefits from flaxseed, choose ground flaxseed over whole. Your body is better able to digest ground flaxseed. Tips for adding flaxseed to your diet: Add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed to your hot or cold breakfast cereal. Add a teaspoon of ground flaxseed to mayonnaise or mustard. Mix a tablespoon of ground flaxseed into yogurt.
