HEALTH TIP

Shave better to reduce ingrown hairs
An ingrown hair happens when a shaved or tweezed hair grows back into the skin. You might have pain and itching. You also might notice skin darkening, small, round or pus-filled bumps. This common problem is especially likely if you have tightly curled hair. These shaving tips can help: 1. Use a lubricating shave cream or gel. 2. Use a sharp razor. 3. Shave in the direction of hair growth. 4. Don't pull your skin taut while shaving.
