In 2017, this beer was brewed, and then it was distilled into spirit and aged. Not long after, this beer was brewed again, and aged inside the barrel of the distilled version of itself.
After two years, this beer was blended with a new barrel aged beer.
That means this Doire barrel-aged imperial stout is quite literally a beer, within a beer, within a beer.
