Meet Oak Grove! Oak Grove School Oak Grove faculty and staff are preparing for the new academic year through gathering for two weeks of âin-serviceâ reflection, planning, and learning together. In past years weâve met for one week, yet this year we are taking twice that time. We are thoughtfully preparing for any changes needed to be together safely on campus or for enriching remote learning experiences. As a group we are looking at the intent of the school and considering the messages, both clear and subtle, conveyed in all our communications with students, families, and the wider community. |

The Urgency of Change Krishnamurti book The Urgency of Change takes the reader on a deeply personal journey through inner doubt and outer hostility. It is a book for everyone who longs to find a synthesis between the potential beauty of life and the brutal mythologizing mankind too often makes of living. |

Krishnamurti and His Teachings Online Study Program August 24-28 This program is an introduction to the teachings of J. Krishnamurti. What do his teachings convey? What did he mean when he said that âTruth is a pathless land,â or âThe observer is the observed,â or that âYou are the worldâ? We will discuss and understand these concepts during this program. We will meet each day for a 3-hour session that will include but not be limited to discussion/dialogue, short video clips and excerpts from Krishnamurti's work. |
