Information for the media – Olympic Village visit and media huddle
Following the conclusion of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board (EB) meeting in Paris on 1 December, the IOC EB members will visit the Olympic Village.
This will provide an occasion for the members to tour the Village in the company of representatives from the Paris 2024 Organising Committee.
Media representatives are invited to join in-person for the following opportunities:
Olympic Village Visit

Media Huddle
Date: Friday 1 December
Time: 12:45p.m. CET*
Speakers: IOC President Thomas Bach and Paris 2024 President Tony Estanguet
Location: Paris 2024 Olympic Village
To apply to attend these events please register herebefore 17:00 CET on 29 November.
Both of the events have limited capacity. The visit to the Village is open to a maximum of 20 people with priority given to camera operators and photographers. The IOC Media Relations team will confirm by email if your application to attend has been successful or not. Domestic and international media will receive an equal number of accreditations.
Please note that, as part of the registration process, we may ask you to provide a press card or a letter from your editor in order for us to process your registration. We also ask you to provide your shoe size as you may be required to wear protective shoes to enter the Olympic Village.
If your application is successful, please ensure to bring along your press card to allow you entry.
