Informational Bulletin on the End of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency and the COVID-19 National Emergency and Implications for Medicaid and the Childrens Health Insurance Program

Today, CMS released an informational bulletin regarding the end of the COVID-19 National Emergency on April 10, 2023, and the expected expiration of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) on May 11, 2023.
