Innovate Fund supports Northside Initiative

The Innovate Fund, a community development entity managed by Tax Advantage Group and Greenville Local Development Corp. in Greenville, has allocated $10 million in New Markets Tax Credits to complete the $18.1 million construction of the TK Gregg Community Center.

The Medical Society of South Carolina and Bon Secours Mercy Health have plans to restructure their Roper St. Francis Healthcare joint venture after third partner Atrium Health decided to fully divest its 10% share of teh company.

Spinx opens new store in Easley

Greenville-based Spinx Co. has opened at 4283 Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley. The new store features a Ride ‘N Shine Tunnel Wash with free vacuums as part of its statewide car wash club, according to a news release. The new location also serves made-to-order milkshakes, smoothies and soft serve ice cream. Spinx has more than 80 locations and 50 car washes statewide.
