Reviews WEB-FIRST REVIEWS OF BOOKS AND MEDIA Invisible Girl, by Lisa Jewell, is one of this week's starred mysteries. "Suspense fans will devour this twisted tale of intricately interwoven characters. The many turns will surprise and keep readers thinking long after they’ve finished." And in spirituality and religion, Kenneth Seeskin's "fascinating and erudite" starred selection, Thinking About the Prophets, "argues for an Old Testament God concept that is far richer and more evocative than the limited vision of many philosophers. Readers interested in learning about biblical prophets will find much to uncover." See All Reviews››› |
