The most expensive home currently available in Oklahoma City is priced at $17.25 million, and it’s a real, resort-style doozy that’s offered turnkey with all its furnishings. Situated across 36 acres on the woodsy southeastern outskirts of OKC, the 19,000-square-foot mansion, which includes a two-lane bowling alley and several safe rooms, is complemented by a 32,000-square-foot party barn with a half-court basketball court, a couple of bars and lounges, a dance floor, and a performance stage. Elsewhere are a 70,000-gallon pool, garage space for 33 cars, and a helipad. Striking a much less flash and far more bohemian vibe, a single-story home in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills that Orlando Bloom famously painted black back in the 2010s has popped back up for sale for $5 million. The privately situated home, which spans about 3,300 square feet and spills out to a kidney-shaped pool, has been fashionably updated over the last couple of years by designer Francesca Grace.
