The longtime San Francisco home of late tech financier Sanford Robertson has hit the market for $22 million. Originally built back in the 1800s, and one of only four remaining legacy properties in the historic Russian Hill neighborhood, the Victorian-style mansion features five bedrooms and five baths in just over 8,400 square feet of revamped living space. Among the highlights is a newly installed library, plus a climate-controlled wine cellar and a fireside living room that opens to a terrace overlooking Alcatraz. The amenities continue outdoors with a lap pool. Meanwhile, on the East Coast, a Brooklyn penthouse owned by "Dune" star Oscar Isaac has just popped up for sale at nearly $4.5 million. Resting atop Boerum Hill’s midcentury-inspired Hendrik building, the modern digs include a greenery-clad wraparound terrace and picturesque views of the Statue of Liberty.
