IN THE SPOTLIGHT BBGV 1st meeting with Ho Chi Minh Union of Business Associations (HUBA) Peter Rimmer - Executive Director of British Business Group Vietnam has met with Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hung – Vice Chairman of HUBA on 10th January, 2017 on their 1st meeting engagement.
Ho Chi Minh Union of Business Associations (HUBA) was established back in 1989 and is now the largest business association in Ho Chi Minh City. The Association has 65 sub-Associations with more than 9,000 corporate members and 450 direct members, covering various sectors in Vietnam economy. Within the scope of the first meeting, the two organisations were able to develop the introduction to each other and propose many ways for future cooperation. The initial communication proved to be very beneficial to pave the way for a promising partnership in the coming months. The aim will be to enable members and clients from both organisations to be introduced and connected to develop business opportunities. This will in turn facilitate trade and create trust among business partners between the UK and Vietnam.
