It's Donate Life Week and there are currently around 1,700 Australians waiting for a transplant that could save their lives and a further 12,000 on dialysis.

This year, COVID-19 has made things a little more complicated for those waiting for donations.

Breakfast’s Wendy and Robbie speak to a heart transplant recipient, and father of one, who received his transplant last year.

So far, despite the Coronavirus pandemic, activity in the property market is holding up across a number of capital cities including Sydney, according to the latest data from CoreLogic.

The question is how will buying and selling be affected during the traditional real estate marketing season in Spring?
