The most expensive single-family home currently available on the open market in The Bahamas, priced at $42 million, is known as Zehava. It was custom designed and built in 2010 for Mickey Drexler, the former CEO of both J.Crew and Gap, by late French architect Thierry Despont, who created a sophisticated oceanfront getaway overlooking a pristine pink sand beach in the exclusive Narrows area of Harbour Island. Now being sold by only its second owner, the three-and-a-half-acre trophy estate’s Brazilian hardwood and cream-colored travertine main residence, capped by a dynamic butterfly roof, is complemented by a separate guest cottage and a sunken pickleball court surrounded by palm-dotted lawns that roll down to the beach. And in Utah, “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Angie Katsanevas, owner of 10 hair salons across three states, is looking to shed her gleaming, ultra-modern home with picturesque valley and mountain views.
