TikTok labels other platforms' AI-produced content

TikTok has started labeling content people make with AI on other platforms, using "Content Credentials" metadata tools from the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity to add watermarks when users upload videos and images. The platform plans to expand Content Credentials to audio content "soon."

The Federal Reserve has been waiting for housing costs to moderate, which in turn should bring inflation closer to it's 2% target. However, some renters may be delaying their transition to homeownership because of high mortgage rates, beefing up demand for apartments. "Most folks believed you would have had a massive falloff in rental growth throughout the Sunbelt," said Ric Campo, CEO of Camden Property Trust. "But what's happening is there's been just a whole lot more demand than most people expected."
