Paris is a special place for the sports world’s newest power couple — for them, it’s now the city of love and gold.

🥇 It's where Hunter and Tara Davis-Woodhall became the first husband and wife to both win gold at the Olympics and Paralympics in the same Summer Games.

Track and field has been an important part of their lives and relationship since first meeting at a track meet in Idaho during high school and continues to play a major role in their relationship.

👫 On what it's like having a fellow athlete as a partner:

“It’s like having the best accountability partner ever right in your corner and then also someone who understands the sacrifice, time and commitment it takes to to compete at this level," Hunter told Deseret News' Krysyan Edler.
