The winners of the 2020 Liverpool City Region Property Awards can today be revealed by Insider. Due to the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent restrictions, no awards ceremony took place this year, but Insider is still honouring the achievements of companies, advisers and individuals from the property and construction sector.

Winner: Network Space Developments
Property Deal of the Year
Winner: Pre-letting of 65,000 sq ft to Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe (Worthington Owen)
Future Ambition Award
