NATIONAL: Ocean Wise will host its nationwide Seafood Festival from Feb. 1-28. During the month, Ocean Wise Seafood partners will have offerings available for purchase at restaurants, grocery stores and other businesses, with proceeds supporting the not-for-profit Ocean Wise Seafood program. Hospitality company Convene is forming a new commercial team, including new heads of sales Cliff Ryan and new chief marketing officer Larisa Summers. Each of them brings over 20 years of experience to the team. CHICAGO: The 30th annual BMO Harris Bank Magnificent Mile Lights Festival takes place Nov. 20 along Michigan Avenue. The free, family-friendly event will feature parade marshals Mickey and Minnie Mouse, along with more than 1 million lights on 200 trees. There will also be a tree-lighting ceremony, photo ops, musical entertainment, a pet-adoption event and more. Immersive Chicago and the Chicago Parks district recently announced the return of the quarter-mile ice skating ribbon in Maggie Daley Park. The park is set to open on Nov. 19, and will feature Van Gogh-inspired visuals throughout the path. Tickets are $39.99 and skating will be open seven days a week for four two-hour sessions. NEW YORK: The Collaborating for a Cure Gala will return in person for its 24th year on Nov. 18 at Cipriani Wall Street.
