While grocery shopping at Costco, these Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons were being demonstrated. I love the idea of how quick and versatile these wontons can be eaten and for frozen food, not so bad on the nutrition. They are inexpensive. This 3 lb bag has about 150 pieces for $9.69. There was a promotion going on so it was $3.50 off, coming out to be $6.19.

This is an awesome rendition of cheesy breadsticks. It contains no flour whatsoever so it is keto/low-carb friendly and super yummy. I pulsed 10 ounces of leftover rotisserie chicken for this recipe, but you can use canned cooked chicken, too.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F, rinse your corn, husk and all, DO NOT shuck it. Place corn on oven rack and bake for 30 minutes. Use oven mitts or heat resistant gloves and remove husks.
