MSK Integrative Medicine is offering a new membership program to deliver more cancer care services to you.
 
How to Plan Your Week with Our New Monthly Membership Program
Combining active living with convenient online learning, Integrative Medicine at Home is a completely new kind of health program.

With 17 classes every week — including fitness, meditation, yoga, and more — we believe you will find a new activity to inspire you, or an old favorite to start up again.

Integrative Medicine at Home classes range from 30‑ to 60‑minutes, giving you options to fit in a workout or meditation on your schedule. With a virtual platform, you can bring Integrative Medicine at Home with you so you can keep moving wherever you happen to be.

The Integrative Medicine at Home membership program is available starting July 1, 2020 for $25 per month. Check out our class schedule below, and save the dates for our upcoming one-day workshops and intensive courses.

Upcoming Mind‑Body Workshops
In our virtual mind‑body workshops, experienced MSK Integrative Medicine specialists use video technology to teach you skills so that you can navigate your emotions and soothe side effects of cancer therapies.

Tai Chi SERIES: Tai Chi for Beginners
Fridays, July 10th through August 14th
3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

In this virtual class you will learn and practice Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese self‑defense practice and gentle form of exercise known for its smooth and gentle movements.
Healing sound and yoga WORKSHOP: Find Balance and Ease with Yoga, Breathwork, and Healing Sound
Saturday, July 11, 2020
11:00 am to 12:15 pm

In this relaxing workshop, experience a gentle, grounding yoga practice and to learn breathing techniques to increase awareness of the throat and chest. Facilitated by an MSK certified yoga therapist and an MSK board‑certified music therapist, the workshop will be followed by a brief question and answer session.
Mindfulness Meditation SERIES: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Sundays, July 19th through August 23rd
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Join this supportive online group to learn the basics and feel the benefits of mindfulness meditation.
Yoga SERIES: Yoga for Ease of Movement
Mondays, July 20th through August 24th
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Learn to use your breath and yoga postures to reduce fatigue, improve range of motion, and optimize your overall health while practicing safe physical distancing.
Massage and Movement WORKSHOP: Massage and Movement for Lymphatic Flow
Tuesday, July 28th at 7:00 pm

In this live, online workshop, an MSK clinical fitness specialist and an MSK massage therapist will teach you to perform self‑manual lymph drainage and upper body exercises to support the lymphatic system.
Massage and Movement SERIES: Calming the Mind During Stressful Times
Thursdays, August 6th through August 27th
7:00 pm to 8:15 pm

Stressful global events can leave us all feeling worried and anxious. Learn to practice mindfulness meditation to stay in the present moment with acceptance and kindness.
