I love this quote from Air Force Col. John Boyd:
“If your boss demands loyalty, give him integrity. But if he demands integrity, then give him loyalty”.
I think this quote sums up many of the problems we are facing today. Far too often those in power are requiring loyalty at the expense of integrity.
Word to the wise - when someone values integrity above everything else, then consider giving them your loyalty.
