| With the upcoming proposed reform to the prospective payment system (PPS), aligning resident documentation across multiple disciplines will drive reimbursement more than ever. Promoting collaboration between your facility’s nursing and therapy departments is not enough; each facility must have specific policies, procedures, and effective communication strategies in place to avoid an audit and improve resident-centered care.
This three-hour virtual workshop offers nurses and therapists an opportunity to learn together and participate in interactive exercises based on carefully chosen case studies that highlight common hurdles in achieving interdepartmental collaboration.
