International Day of University Sport is here! Hello! It's upon us... The International Day of University Sport, which we affectionately refer to as 'IDUS' will be celebrated the world over, this Sunday, 20 September. As you would know, this day is about welcoming the entire university community into sport and activity for all. You can always look up the details and history here, on the dedicated page on the FISU website. Many of our member federations, at continental and national level, have already shared their IDUS plans with us and you would have seen a lot of activity on social media. This year, virtual events largely replace physical ones due to the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. But we have not let that cramp our style! In fact, the IDUS Dance Challenge is heating up on our Instagram - make sure you participate if you haven't already as it's open to all. In addition to our member federations, our Student Committee has also rolled up its sleeves to bring you a special IDUS event. You will find more details in the top story below (click on the image). Together, let's do this! Sincerely, Your FISU Team |
